    We had our first visit to the office today. What a great experience! Our hygienist, Mabel, was extremely thorough, friendly and kind. My son had a struggle holding the x-ray bit in his mouth but she was so patient and calming. Dr. Annie was very pleasant, kind and thorough, as well. I had plenty of time to discuss any questions and got a good look at the x-rays from my seat. My son had a very loose tooth which popped out during his cleaning. Mabel handled it smoothly and he even got a cute little treasure box to put it in. The kids got goody bags and prizes. They are excited to go back and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful new pediatric dentist! 😁

    The dental hygienist named April is a literal tooth- fairy- angel- lady from above. She could not have been more gentle, patient, and present with my son. My 3 year old boy HATES the dentist; he kicks, screams, and sometimes vomits. She calmed him down, sang to him, and explained everything to me in a very down to earth mom way. That woman is amazing at what she does. Thank you April!

    Brought my 1 1/2 year old in and everyone in the office was absolutely amazing. Honestly can’t wait to bring my daughter back in for her 6 month appointment!

    Terrible bedside manner of both front desk and office manager. Requests to reschedule or running late to a kid’s appointment are being treated with attitude, rude tone and snobbish phrases. Quote: “apologies, I’m running late, my eta shows 3.45” office stuff reply is very pushy: “ok, if you arrive 3.47 we are not taking you”. What a mom should do in this situation? - speed on highway and endanger her children, because office stuff said 2 min is a deal breaker for your appointment ? Also If you are late once, they MARK you in the system and treat you as a second tier client. You are not getting text messages reminders anymore and if you call for help to push down an appointment or reschedule, they tell you: you have a history of being late!!! To Reschedule an appointment for a filling, they offer you a spot 2-3 months away. They go above and beyond to make you feel that being late will have a negative consequence in their office, they make it very difficult: you can’t reschedule for a later time or the next day, you can’t be put on a wait list anymore. If they say they put you on a wait list after you ask many times, they do it as a pro forma. Later, they never later call you to get you in. They straightforward tell you, they don’t wanna work with you, no matter the reason why you missed or been late to an appointment and if you had any challenges on the road or navigating your 3 children. I consider this to be an unacceptable policy for a doctors’ office. It’s inhuman and very NOT caring. Your kids are not being treated as patients, they are being treated as a money bearing client and if you are late, they better take an “on time client” to make sure they make money or find another client to make money. Don’t fall for this money pit, not caring or understanding business model. They should be treating machines’ pins, not kids teeth.

    We were seen quickly, and the care and attention we received were excellent. My daughter was very happy with both the nurses and the doctors.
