  appointment started exactly on schedule. Simon listened closely to my hearing concerns and clearly explained to me the options available to me. Fitted me for 'trial' hearing aids. All done very professionally.

  I am an older senior wearing hearing aids for many years. I now have severe/profound hearing loss and checked out many options before arriving at AudioNova in Ramsey. Hearing aids at other locations were ridiculously priced ($8,000.00), no trials, money up front and one also well known establishment keeps10% for restocking fee if returned and one other old established hearing aid establishment said absolutely no refund. And where there were trials; they didn’t work in noisy environments - so frustrating - the clarity wasn’t there. I am absolutely thrilled with the caring at Audio Nova and actually the best hearing aid option for me. And a price about half of those others where they just want to take advantage of a very serious and debilitating issue. These hearing aids are perfect technology so that I can hear in a noisy room and actually aware of where the sound is coming from and what’s that sound I heard the other day? Loud and clear - honking in the sky, geese - how beautiful!

  Simon at AudioNova just gave me a comprehensive ear exam, a detailed print out of my results, and advice that will change my life. The office was immaculate, the staff professional, and I went in scared and walked out floating on clouds. I feel empowered to protect my hearing in the years to come, and everyone should come in and just get their baseline hearing test so they can monitor their ears in the years to come. Hearing, something we all take for granted, can be protected and checked in 30 minutes, once ever two years. It’s a no brainer. Friendly, professional, affordable. Will be back for sure! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
