  Today was my first time, the staff was very nice and helpful, the doctor was very nice and really helped me, everyone in there was very pleasant, I definitely will be going back.

  Very nice and caring receptionists and nurses. Dr. Eyad Y. Baghal is great— very nice, listens to you, very knowledgeable and good at what he does.

  Beware- 4 years later I received a collections notice. The office never sent a bill, no record of attempting to reach out to me for 4 years and no one in the office can explain what happened

  The gastroentrologist was great, he knows what he is doing and is very efficient. His staff however, is extremely negligent. Paola gave us an appt for a colonoscopy 7 weeks from the date seen but did not give us a time. Stating that we would receive a call from them the day before the appt. After calling the hospital and finding out there is still no appt set up for me I caled the office to see why they had not called yet. Instead of explaning their mistake Paola began a long rant about how she called 3 times between wed and Fri the week before and we had not called her back; because we had not confirmed the week prior she canceled our appt. Nonetheless, Paola called from a private line (which comes out with no callback number) and left no msg. She continted to blame me for not calling the day before the appt as she had said when making the appt but it was Monday the day before the appt. Finally, it slipped that the hospital had changed protocols and they had overbooked the date so only the people that answered the phone to their private number the week before were scheduled. After preparing for almost a week to be able to have this surgery we are unable to due to her incompetence. They rescheduled us for almost 5 weeks from the date we called. Therefore making the colonoscopy appt. 12 weeks from the date we saw the doctor. If the issue is life threatening I could die waiting for an appt with their incompetant staff.
