I’ve had a great experience buying frames and lenses from them in one instance when I received the glasses the prescription seemed off. I went back to the store. They remeasured my pupillary distance and discovered it did not match the lenses. They immediately resent the glasses out to be repaired for no cost. I think they have a great selection of frames. Anyone should be able to find something that looks good. Their sales associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. Most recently I had a pair of their glasses that were approximately five months old. My prescription changed. I brought my frames in to see how I could get them updated and they informed me that they would do it at no cost because I was within the time window. Great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

I even went back for a quick check to look at a sun spot on my eye, and they made sure to only charge me for a doctor visit (which is cheaper than the regular visit). The entire team there are very friendly, and I've loved my Warby Parker glasses for years. Definitely recommend!
