  Excellent customer service, super knowledgeable, great looking frame options, quickly and easily handle out of pocket insurance for customer. Very affordable compared to competitors. Will never go anywhere else again. So easy and much much less expensive than most other places with really great looking frame options. Done and done.

  This was my first time going to any Warby Parker. It was very busy, but I was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Since I don't shop (I buy) and I am not trying to make a fashion statement, I had already made my decision on what frames I wanted but learned there was no clip-on sunglasses for that particular model frame. The salesman offered me a very similar style that had a clip-on available. I was measured, fitted and my script logged. Total time? About 20 minutes. Now I wait and hope it all works as planned. KUDOS

  Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel like they all were told I was coming in. The doctor made me feel comfortable and secure.

  good selection, pleasant and knowledgeable help, they should offer a senior discount for those of us who do not have eye glass insurance benefit.
