  I have been getting Warby Parker glasses for years but this was my first time having an eye exam also. Very quick and the doctor was very helpful. Actually every person in the store was helpful. I had my 11 month old son with me and the employees were keeping him entertained while I looked around at different glasses. Very helpful with checking my insurance also. I thought they didn’t accept my insurance at all so I was ready to pay full price anyway but turned out I have out of network benefits that I was able to use. I have been a Warby customer for years and will continue to be!

  All of the staff working were knowledgeable about the glasses, kind, and extremely helpful. Checking insurance and confirming the price and deductions from my plan was so helpful.

  Excellent customer service which made it a very pleasant shopping experience. No sales pressure, my questions were answered and the sales supervisor was very helpful with recommending frames and informing me of the different options.
