Our experience was very pleasant. The representative was very polite, and understood our concerns. She went out of her way to help both myself and my husband. Totally new experience for us.
We just were in yesterday, so it's a new adjustment for us with these supports. Learning what each step does.
Thank you. It's now getting used to the supports, and following each step, to help us walk and feel better
Thank you Thinking positive, that these will help, since we both especially me, with all the pain I have been going through.

Kiana provided amazing consultation. She gave us her full attention and took the time to evaluate the issue and propose a plan. Even though we didn't end up committing to the products due to the cost she maintained her professional and polite behavior. I would definitely give Kiana a 5 🌟 for her customer service but products are definitely a 3 🌟 for the cost. Manufacturer must take note of pricing their products in this day and age where there is so much competition in medical devices.

I had a really positive experience at this store, largely thanks to Jose. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He took time to thoroughly explain how the system of 3 works and how the arch supports would help me. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel better, and his approach was warm, patient and he was not pushy. Honestly, he was so easy to talk to—I could’ve sat there chatting with him for hours.
I also really appreciated that he encouraged me to focus on how the supports felt rather than worrying about the cost upfront. And he was right—they did feel great, and I can absolutely see how they could make a difference for me.
WITH THAT SAID!!!! I do wish there had been more transparency around pricing earlier in the process. $1,900 TO START is significant , and it would have been helpful to have that context from the beginning. I understand that the people at the store like Jose don’t control pricing, and while he didn’t tell me the price until the end although It was my first question…he handled everything professionally and with care. I just wish he would have told me the price when I had asked.
Overall, the SERVICE was excellent, and Jose made a lasting impression. Hopefully they will run a promotion. I thought it was going to be a few hundred. I just hope the store can improve on being more upfront about costs so customers can make fully informed decisions. But again Jose was great and the only reason why I gave 5 stars.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
