  Apotheco Pharmacy in Princeton has been an absolute lifesaver and I could not be more grateful to have found them. The pharmacists here take the time to actually talk to you explain your medication and make sure you feel completely informed and comfortable. The service is fast efficient and always handled with a level of care and professionalism that you rarely see at a pharmacy these days. They go above and beyond to make sure every prescription is filled accurately and on time without any unnecessary stress. It is clear that the team here truly prioritizes the wellbeing of every single customer and that makes all the difference.

  I had an appointment with Warren Grace at Redefine Health on March 3rd and was told someone would reach out to schedule my back injections. It has now been weeks, and despite my reaching out four times via both the patient portal and phone calls, I have received zero response. It is disappointing to be ignored when trying to manage medical care. I expected better coordination and professional courtesy from this office. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours to schedule the treatment discussed on March 3rd, I will be forced to escalate this matter as a formal complaint to the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners and the Division of Consumer Affairs regarding the total breakdown in continuity of care.

  Very efficient. I ran out of refills for my face cream and pharmacy called the doctor and got my prescription delivered within three days. They’re very prompt with my refill requests. Excellent customer service.
