Because I was inside the 30-day window, I accepted that I had to pay for April. I have in writing that I’d be able to come in through April (not May). However, they then charged me another $75 on April 27th. When I questioned it, they claimed they bill 'at the end of the month' for the month prior, which is a lie based on my payment history. They then changed their story to say my membership officially ended on April 28th, yet they still kept the full $75 they took on the 27th. Essentially, they charged me a full month's fee for one day of membership. Very annoying because the instructors and other aspect were nice.
