  This place has become completely unorganized and unprofessional. It was obvious they had an ‘influencer’ in the office, because every employee was focused on that one person while the rest of us—paying customers—were left waiting. The wait wasn’t the issue. The issue was that when someone finally helped us, she was still more focused on the influencer than on the customers in front of her. If you’re assisting someone, give them your full attention. You can’t help one person while checking on someone who already has half the staff—including the eye doctor and even the janitor—hovering over them. They need an office manager to get this place back on track.

  They are very slow. People in the front desk are not friendly. I waited more than an hour for my appointment and then left.

  I have been coming here for the past 30 years. The best around. Dr. Pritz even came in and opened the office for an emergency for my mom on a Sunday to take care of her. Dr. Nicole has been seeing me for the last few years, always had a great experience. All of the staff is amazing and highly recommend.

  Today I made my 1st visit to Pritz & Gray Eyecare... I was quite impressed with your services.. top equipment & on top of that I didn't need eyedrops to dilate my eyes. To have the exam... No wait... Awesome 👍. Thanks Pritz & gray...👍🤗
