  I had a horrible experience today. The quality of service is simply not the same anymore. The staff was extremely unprofessional, inattentive, and rude especially the woman responsible for assisting customers with selecting glasses. I will not be returning. Additionally, even after paying all required fees, I consistently receive unexpected bills in the mail. Very disappointing. Such a shame it use to be to be top notch.

  This place has become completely unorganized and unprofessional. It was obvious they had an ‘influencer’ in the office, because every employee was focused on that one person while the rest of us—paying customers—were left waiting. The wait wasn’t the issue. The issue was that when someone finally helped us, she was still more focused on the influencer than on the customers in front of her. If you’re assisting someone, give them your full attention. You can’t help one person while checking on someone who already has half the staff—including the eye doctor and even the janitor—hovering over them. They need an office manager to get this place back on track.

  Today I made my 1st visit to Pritz & Gray Eyecare... I was quite impressed with your services.. top equipment & on top of that I didn't need eyedrops to dilate my eyes. To have the exam... No wait... Awesome 👍. Thanks Pritz & gray...👍🤗
