  I had such a wonderful experience at Club Pilates. When I explained that, as a Muslim woman, I wasn’t comfortable participating in a class with a man present, the staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding. They handled the situation with so much professionalism and made me feel truly comfortable and supported without any judgment. That level of respect and accommodation meant a lot to me. On top of that, Pilates has honestly changed my life physically. Before starting, I struggled with sciatica pain, and now I don’t have any sciatica pain anymore. The exercises have helped strengthen my body, improve my flexibility, and relieve the discomfort I used to deal with daily. I’m very grateful for both the caring environment and the amazing results I’ve experienced. Highly recommend Club Pilates to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive place to improve their health.

  Join Club Pilates Piscataway for an amazing full body workout! Excellent front desk staff and amazing instructors! Looking forward to continuing my journey to building my strength and transforming my body!!! I’ve had the most amazing experience thus far! Great location, clean & well maintained studio with tons of classes at different levels.

  I’ve had such a great experience at this Pilates studio! The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and really focus on proper form, which makes a huge difference. The classes are well-structured and suitable for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and has a calm, positive vibe that makes every session enjoyable. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my strength, flexibility, and posture since joining. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to build strength and feel better overall!

  Had a wonderful first experience at the studio in Piscataway. Have been a member in Metuchen (& Wall) for a long time and it was nice to try something new with one of my fave teachers (Molly!) so clean, love the door between the front desk area and the studio. Thanks for having me!
