I had one of the worst experiences at this dental office. I spent over $1,000 on dental work, and I continued to have problems with the treatment I received. After experiencing ongoing issues, I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist. I was shocked to learn that much of the work had to be redone. The teeth I was trying to save are now decaying because the crowns were not properly fitted or sealed. On another visit, I had a tooth extracted. After the procedure, I repeatedly told the staff that something didn't feel right and that I kept feeling something in the extraction site. My concerns were dismissed. After a week of continued pain and discomfort, I returned to the office. They finally took an X-ray and discovered that fragments of the tooth had been left behind, requiring additional treatment. To make matters worse, the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. The lack of communication, concern, and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dental office to anyone. I would strongly encourage others to seek care elsewhere before trusting this office with their dental health.

I had a great experience for my first visit and everything was perfect with no issues. The receptionist was polite and very helpful and same goes for all the staff I met today!

Is look like they have a new administration . The girls and doctors was ok , I concerning about the music, was too loud and is not appropriate music for a medical facility ; very disappoint it….. good service at the front desk with Awilda , she’s very kind
