Your response is not only extremely paranoid but also constitutes a blatant act of defamation against my character. Before attempting to lecture me with academic drivel in an effort to distract from your own mismanagement, I suggest you review the security camera footage from that day. There, you will easily spot a 1.93-meter-tall man standing in front of your reception desk, holding his dislodged veneer in his hand, and practically begging your receptionist for assistance. Instead of writing articles on contamination and hydrofluoric acid—presumably to psychologically manipulate (gaslight) your patients—you should focus on basic customer service and the rules of common human decency. Keep your unsolicited medical theories to yourself; they did nothing to save my tooth, nor did they justify your refusal to help me. Fortunately, I sought help elsewhere. On that very same day, a highly professional, respectful, and skilled dentist flawlessly repaired my veneer in just 15 minutes for a mere $50. Rather than automatically assuming that people are "lying" or "posting fake reviews" simply to protect your own ego, you should strive to improve the ethical standards and professionalism of your practice.
