- HPHari PatelAug 5, 20262.0I recently joined StretchLa Parsippany, and Jordan has been an outstanding flexologist—professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the Parsippany studio has been disappointing. I called multiple times over three hours to adjust an appointment, but every call went straight to voicemail with no callback. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, my flexologist wasn’t present, and there was no front desk staff to assist, resulting in a wasted trip. StretchLab charges premium membership rates, so I expect premium customer service. Jordan deserves 5 stars, but the studio’s management and communication need significant improvement.
- BFBrendan FarrellJun 2, 20265.0I first went to StretchLab because I was extremely stiff with pain in shoulders, hips & calves. I initially did 50 minute sessions with Mare, but after a coiple of weeks, switched to 25 minute sessions twice weekly that work great for me. My improvements over the last 2 months have been remarkable. Pain in shoulders and calves gone. Substantial improvement in hip and overall mobility - really noticeable in my improved golf swing. Mare is my flexologist and she is nothing short of AWESOME. Really spends the time to get to know her clients, understand their unique needs and adjusts her sessions accordingly. Add to that, her wonderful, welcoming & friendly personality. Make sure to ask for Mare for the best experience. I'd be remiss not to give a big shout out to Eren at the front desk, also with a friendly disposition, who keeps the whole show running smoothly.
