StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Parsippany offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- BFBrendan FarrellJun 2, 20265.0I first went to StretchLab because I was extremely stiff with pain in shoulders, hips & calves. I initially did 50 minute sessions with Mare, but after a coiple of weeks, switched to 25 minute sessions twice weekly that work great for me. My improvements over the last 2 months have been remarkable. Pain in shoulders and calves gone. Substantial improvement in hip and overall mobility - really noticeable in my improved golf swing. Mare is my flexologist and she is nothing short of AWESOME. Really spends the time to get to know her clients, understand their unique needs and adjusts her sessions accordingly. Add to that, her wonderful, welcoming & friendly personality. Make sure to ask for Mare for the best experience. I'd be remiss not to give a big shout out to Eren at the front desk, also with a friendly disposition, who keeps the whole show running smoothly.
