I was dealing with some insurance cost/pricing issues and called to help get clarification and just some general guidance. The pharmacist went above and beyond and told me that they will help me figure this out and I know they truly meant that - they even offered to hop on a 3-way call with me and my insurance to get everything straightened out! I know time is valuable for everyone so even the offer was so appreciated. When i got my prescription, they even applied a coupon to my copay to make it $0. I do not find that kind of service in many places and am thankful. The kindness and compassion is 10/10 and their pharmacy service is 10/10. Truly I am so thankful and would recommend this pharmacist to anyone.
