  I do not recommend this place! For the past fourth time I've gone there, they have made my glasses wrong. Last time, the bottom reading part of the glasses were made way too low and could not read up close. The technician rather than requesting new lenses, he adjusted the glasses way up almost sitting on my forehead. I had to go back several times to get it adjusted but I ended up getting a blister from the glasses. I ended up adjusting the nose bridge cushions myself and the glasses don't hurt me anymore but can't use it for reading. The previous visit, they made the wrong prescription and the technician kept saying that it need it adjustment but I said that everything was blurry, then he had to admit that I was right.

  Been here twice and the first time they told me I couldnt get the meta glasses with my insurance, so I went to the mall and got the glasses with the lens all throught my insurance, a year later I go back cause I have an eye exam and a different person but same place is saying the same thing,after I told her I got them meta glasses that I have now thought my insurance and its just this place that won't let u do it, it seems like everything went down hill, after my eye exam, one of the workers spills a juice can and some of it hit me, he tells me its ok its just water, he goes to get paper towels but never hands me one, then I have to get up and get tissue to get whatever it might be off myself, now its time for me to leave and he yell you got to pay, ( they love throwing that the eye exam is $39-$49 before u take it) but if u have insurance u can just use that but they never want to tell u that, seems like they real money hungry at this place,they want you to pay out of pocket for everything even if you have insurance! Smh !!!!

  Love this place, awesome doc and amazing glasses master! If you buy your glasses here he will take care of you when u need it fixed!

  I have been coming to Pearle Vision on Route 4 West in Paramus for a number of years. I’ve always found a staff to be pleasant, courteous, professional, and accommodating Dave the optometrist is a gem and should be rewarded for his patience dedication to his craft and his overall demeanor. He is informative and keeps you in the loop regarding the progress relative to your eyeglass order. Dr. Sudol is knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough in his examination and explanation of the results of the examination. He makes the proper referrals where appropriate. He shows genuine concern and care for his patients.

  I would recommend going to a local optometrist and buying online. You will save hundreds. They refused to give pupillary distance (PD) from eye exam. As if that will prevent people from ordering online. Agreed to price match with 1800contacts but would not allow insurance to be used then. Told me that Acuvue lenses from online and from their store are made differently and theirs is better quality. Felt like going to a car dealership. They have confusing pricing for a reason.
