- RCrocco chiusanoApr 29, 20261.0I’ve been going to Pearle Vision for years and have always had great experiences, which is why this recent visit was so disappointing. This year, I decided to treat myself to a pair of Versace glasses, expecting the same level of service I had received in the past. Unfortunately, when I arrived about 30 minutes late for my appointment, I was scolded by the staff in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. From that point on, I felt we were treated poorly and spoken to disrespectfully.When I picked up my glasses, they did not fit properly. I also noticed scratches on them right out of the box. After only one week of having them, there now appears to be a crack on one of the arms. Overall, what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I have even reported my concerns to VSP. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because long-time customers deserve much better service.

Make you sign a hippa even though it’s mine , takes days to receive it and their only focus is wanting to make an appointment. I spent hundreds of dollars on glasses and contacts first time I went. I won’t be returning!

Beth and Raf were so helpful and guided me towards what the best choices were for me and I ended up with two glasses vs. the original one that I planned to purchase. They were amazing!
