  I have been coming to Pearle Vision on Route 4 West in Paramus for a number of years. I’ve always found a staff to be pleasant, courteous, professional, and accommodating Dave the optometrist is a gem and should be rewarded for his patience dedication to his craft and his overall demeanor. He is informative and keeps you in the loop regarding the progress relative to your eyeglass order. Dr. Sudol is knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough in his examination and explanation of the results of the examination. He makes the proper referrals where appropriate. He shows genuine concern and care for his patients.

  I would recommend going to a local optometrist and buying online. You will save hundreds. They refused to give pupillary distance (PD) from eye exam. As if that will prevent people from ordering online. Agreed to price match with 1800contacts but would not allow insurance to be used then. Told me that Acuvue lenses from online and from their store are made differently and theirs is better quality. Felt like going to a car dealership. They have confusing pricing for a reason.

  I went to get my vision checked at Pearle Vision and the whole staff was courteous and kind especially Beth who took the best care of me and her disposition was so lovely and sweet. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend going to Pearle Vision on Route 4 east in Paramus NJ.

  Great people and great service! Simple as that. Maria and Raff helped me pick out the frames I wanted and got me the best price with my insurance 10/10

  I’ve been going to Pearle Vision for years and have always had great experiences, which is why this recent visit was so disappointing. This year, I decided to treat myself to a pair of Versace glasses, expecting the same level of service I had received in the past. Unfortunately, when I arrived about 30 minutes late for my appointment, I was scolded by the staff in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. From that point on, I felt we were treated poorly and spoken to disrespectfully.When I picked up my glasses, they did not fit properly. I also noticed scratches on them right out of the box. After only one week of having them, there now appears to be a crack on one of the arms. Overall, what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I have even reported my concerns to VSP. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because long-time customers deserve much better service.
