  Very welcoming staff and lovely high end eyewear selection. I’m a huge fan of Persol and Giorgio, purchased a new pair of Giorgio’s with an ideal a transition lens to compliment it. Marcia and Pete were exceptional!!

  All the employees were patient, helpful, and nice. The doctor explained in depth about any conditions and findings, which allowed me to make informed decisions regarding the future of my vision health and care. Rebecca hooked me up with the frames I was hoping for and helped me figure out the best lens option for me that worked for my budget. Thank you!

  I go to LensCrafters regularly for my eye exams and glasses, and although I don’t usually write reviews, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Marcia. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional when I came in to purchase my glasses. She made the whole process easy and comfortable, and honestly, she’s the best sales associate I’ve had at any LensCrafters location. Thank you, Marcia!

  Marcia was amazing!! She gave us such a thorough explanation on how to preserve our glasses for as long as possible to make sure we’d get our money’s worth. Will definitely be recommending for the rest of the family so long as she’s there!

  I had an absolutely incredible experience at LensCrafters, and it was entirely because of the manager, Diyaneh. Seriously — this is the kind of customer service that makes you want to tell everyone you know about a place. Diyaneh went so far above and beyond that it honestly felt like VIP treatment from the second I walked in. She was unbelievably knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely kind. You can instantly tell she takes enormous pride in what she does and truly cares about every customer who walks through the door. She somehow made the whole process effortless and enjoyable, which is not something people usually say about shopping for glasses. What really stood out was how attentive and detail-oriented she was. She helped me find frames that looked amazing, gave honest recommendations, and made sure everything fit perfectly. No rushing, no pressure — just exceptional service and expertise. The entire store clearly runs smoothly because of her leadership. The staff was welcoming, organized, and upbeat, and that kind of environment starts at the top. Diyaneh is the definition of outstanding management. Professional, warm, efficient, stylish, and incredibly good at what she does. LensCrafters is lucky to have her, and honestly, she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. If you go here, ask for Diyaneh she will take care of you better than any optical experience you’ve ever had. 10/10 experience.
