Erica assisted my Mom in picking out new glasses. She was extremely helpful and personable and provided us with all the various options regarding frames, lenses, and pricing. She explained everything very clearly and even contacted my Mom's eye doctor to obtain further prescription information for her lenses. Erica made the whole process so seamless and stress-free. Great experience! We had also come in for an adjustment to 2 pairs of glasses and had a wonderful experience with the staff there as well.

They stated that even though my contact lens didn’t change, and my prescription did not charge, it’s a charge of $105 to be fitted for lenses. Even though I was not fitted for lenses. I left with no contacts, no trial contacts, nothing. Disappointed as ive been going here for years and never was charged that much money. Will not be going back unfortunately.
