  I had an excellent experience with LensCrafters. I first called the store to ask about my daughter's prescription lenses and whether my vision insurance would cover them. They answered all of my questions, so I decided to visit the store in person. A special thank you to Adiva for her outstanding customer service. She took the time to explain my daughter's prescription lens options, how my insurance benefits would apply, and the differences between the available products. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. Compared to other optical offices and eye clinics I contacted, many were much more expensive and either didn't accept my insurance or couldn't clearly explain my options. Adiva made the entire process easy, stress-free, and informative. She was also very kind and welcoming to my daughter. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend LensCrafters, especially if you want honest guidance, clear explanations, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the best option for your family.

  I ordered prescription eyeglasses on June 1st and waited over three weeks with no proactive communication from the store. Every time I called I was simply told “the lab is still working on them.” Only after escalating to corporate and filing a BBB complaint did I learn that the lab had found a defect and had to remake the entire order. While I appreciate that quality is important, the lack of communication throughout this process was unacceptable. Still waiting for my glasses as of this writing. No updates and no phone calls or text.

  Staff is friendly, but they are way too worried about how transactions and inventory affect their production numbers. The issue I had was just a matter of correcting a frame defect. Nothing more. But they absolutely wanted to uphold every policy imaginable. Went to a different LensCrafters on route 17 and the Dispensing Optician did a fantastic job at re-adjusting the frame to make it look good as new.
