Their app is poorly designed, and I was charged a no-show fee for a class I don’t recall booking and it doesn’t even appear in my booking history. No one could explain the charge, and I was actually attending a class at another studio at that same time. After getting no response, I disputed the charge with my bank. Now I’m being told I can’t book any classes at any sister studios until I pay the chargeback fee, so I can’t even use the membership I’m paying for. They also claim they have no record of my calls, texts, or voicemails, despite me having proof. Even with that, they’ve offered no resolution. On top of that, the cancellation policy was never clearly explained, specifically the 30-day notice requirement after the initial term. Communication is poor, and it’s clear customer experience is not a priority. As a business owner myself, this is not how you treat customers.
