- JSJulie SanchezSep 29, 20261.0Horrible experience! THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE DISMISSED!! Life happens and sometimes and if you cannot make it to your destination or appointments and then you just get dismissed!?!? I’m sorry but no! That’s NOT OK! My Daughter had an appointment on a Tuesday, I got the call on a Friday afternoon I completely forgot about this appointment! Then I was told she had a test and her grade depended on this test! So we could not make it to our appointment that’s when they decided to dismiss us I could NEVER BE SEEN ever again like whaaaaat?? Life happens sometimes. Sad they are driven only by the money and that’s it! ITS NOT OK! I am not perfect by all means but damnnnn you’re not the only dentist in this world!
