After waiting 10 mins, someone called my name - she said it would be about another 25 mins or so before I’d be seen, so essentially an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I asked if I can just reschedule, and was told sure, but I’d be charged a $25 cancellation fee. So I was charged $25 because the doctor was running an hour behind? Yeah no, I won’t be back here again.
