Opportunity knocked on Jersey Strong's door in early-2019, as a large privately owned health club in Old Bridge, New Jersey was about to shut its doors. The Roma Family came to its owners, and Jersey Strong Old Bridge was born in August 2019. Though the club had a membership base in place and Jersey Strong staff moved over immediately, it still wasn’t quite “JERSEY STRONG”. That was until a 1.5 million dollar renovation swept through in the fall of 2019 and transformed Jersey Strong Old Bridge into a stylish, brand new Jersey Strong location. It’s located on Route 516 in Old Bridge, just off Route 9 and a stones throw away from their East Brunswick club.
