My favorite class is Cardio Sculpt....it's a jumping class that gets your heart rate up...but you jump lying down...It's So much Fun...Sometimes I feel like Peter Pan & sometimes I feel like I'm a Rockette! I highly recommend Club Pilates In Ocean Plaza
