The instructors are very knowledgeable about the body & different muscle groups to improve mobility, and strengthen those muscles you never use lol. Adina is the BEST! I love her class! She is very knowledgeable and inciteful. She helps you to feel comfortable while challenging you to do your best. I try not to miss any of her classes.🤗 I just had Tatiana for the first time and she was Great!! I loved how she told us what muscle groups to work & stretch for improvement! I also love the App. It helps to schedule your classes, keeps track of your classes & your history...among other things. I'm always telling people about my Pilates Classes. Love it!🥰
