- BCBella CioppaJan 11, 20265.0At 51, I’m over the packed gyms, wandering around trying to find an open and clean machine. Reformer Pilates has been a blessing. I no longer wake up in pain, I feel myself getting stronger and leaner. But it’s also so wonderful to go there after sitting at a desk all day and to do exercises that FEEL good! It’s like a spiritual experience for me! My mind is always at ease after a class. The instructors are amazing and since the classes are small, they watch your form and make sure you are doing everything correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. They are also mindful of any injuries you may have! I got into a bad motorcycle accident a few years ago and the Dr told me I would never have full range in my shoulder again. Thanks to Pilates- I proved him wrong. Would give this place 6 stars if I could

They very welcoming, friendly and teach perfectly challenging classes. Dana is super clear, attentive and always offering modifications if needed.
