Richard and Stephanie work great together to complete every intricacy of purchasing and all the technicalities involved. Richard is extremely knowledgeable in the technical portion (hearing aid tests, new technology being offered and all the choices available), while Stephanie completes the team with her up-to-date experience in the technical application and assistance with managing the office. My husband, who is a detailed by nature and into the numbers, interacted wonderfully with both team members. I chose one of the best hearing aids offered, because I had lost quite a bit of my hearing and I was guided by Richard through the entire process. When it was time to connect my phone and music options to my new hearing aid, Stephanie was able to assist. I give this office and the teamwork of Richard and Stephanie a five star excellent rating. Their knowledge and assistance are unsurpassed and I recommend Miracle Ear Oakhurst for all your hearing needs.
