Prime Orthopedic Rehabilitation

We are an Outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy clinic, offering appointments in office and in home. This practice was started by 2 physical therapists that wanted to give more to their patients. We offer one on one therapy, with highly skilled and experienced therapists. Our goal is to spend more time with our patients, create personalized plans based on each individual’s needs & ultimately offer better quality of care. We treat both pediatric and adult patients. We treat individuals with back or neck pains, rotator cuff strains/tears, knee and ankle problems, post surgical diagnoses including total joint replacement and ACL reconstruction, pediatric and adult athletes, geriatric patients, patients with Neurological disorders.
