- CHCasey Huber5 days ago1.0I signed up for a membership and was told there would be a 3 month commitment to join. During the second month, I called the front desk and told them I wanted to discontinue my membership and they told me that I should wait until the membership renewed and at that time I should send an email to the manager (you can’t speak to the manager, only email) and cancel 30 days out. When I did that, I was informed that I had waited a day too long and I would be billed yet another month. When I explained what happened, they told me my request to cancel was denied. Don’t be fooled when they tell you there’s a 3 month commitment and then you can cancel anytime…..You can’t. Very shady operation. Update in response to the owner: I did reach out to the team before I left my original review. They couldn’t help me.
