- ANalan neibauerAug 17, 20265.0Staying out of town and one of my Phonak hearing aids stopped working. My audiologist back home suggested I contact Better Hearing to replace the wire under warranty. Hoping there may be a chance they could order the part for me, I called Better Hearing and was told to come right in. The staff was friendly, they actually had the part and in less than a few minutes I was out the door hearing perfectly. Highly recommend.
