I’ve found the classes just right in terms of how challenging they are- with many opportunities to increase or decrease difficulty as needed…and with no judgement. I felt very welcomed from day 1. Love the scented towel waft at the end!

There is never a feeling that you are walking into an intimidating environment, but instead, somewhere you belong. The classes are great as well as the instructors. I highly recommend.
