  Being 8 months postpartum, I am in pretty rough shape and Camille’s mat yoga class was exactly what I needed not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I’ve taken various yoga classes sporadically throughout the years but I can honestly say that this was one of the best I’ve ever done. Camille’s background in physical therapy made her class a uniquely rehabilitative experience and her positive welcoming attitude made an introverted, and severely sleep deprived new mother (like myself) feel instantly comfortable and at ease. I would absolutely recommend eZENtial Yoga to anyone looking for a restorative yoga experience, no matter their skill or confidence level.

  Camille is lovely! Her background as a physical therapist helps immensely for adjustments that help differently abled bodies.

  I just started taking one on one yoga classes with Camille. She made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning. Her knowledge, experience and personality really made the class fun. Her studio is wonderful, clean and well equipped. I will continue to enjoy taking classes with her!

  I just finished my first yoga session with Camille and it was really great! I went there with no yoga experience, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Camille was so welcoming and patient and made it a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to take yoga classes, but especially to beginners who are looking for a calm, nonjudgmental space.

  I have been doing yoga with Camille for over a year. She is one of the most positive people I have ever met. Our sessions are fun and relaxing. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
