I first met Camille a few weeks ago and had two excellent private sessions with her before joining her group classes. She is pleasant, encouraging, and completely nonjudgmental. Camille allows everyone to work at their own pace while gently guiding and instructing you into the proper poses. My experience with her has been excellent. She creates a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I always feel that I’m learning and improving. I would highly recommend Camille to anyone interested in starting yoga or continuing their yoga practice. She is a wonderful instructor!

I thoroughly enjoyed the chair yoga class, Camille was really good at showing me alternate ways to go along with the class with my bad knee. I definitely recommend eZENtial Yoga!

Being 8 months postpartum, I am in pretty rough shape and Camille’s mat yoga class was exactly what I needed not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I’ve taken various yoga classes sporadically throughout the years but I can honestly say that this was one of the best I’ve ever done. Camille’s background in physical therapy made her class a uniquely rehabilitative experience and her positive welcoming attitude made an introverted, and severely sleep deprived new mother (like myself) feel instantly comfortable and at ease. I would absolutely recommend eZENtial Yoga to anyone looking for a restorative yoga experience, no matter their skill or confidence level.
