- AWAshley WellsMay 11, 20261.0I chose this office because they took my insurance. I called to confirm they took my insurance. When I got there for my appointment, the first thing I confirmed is if they took my insurance. I got there at 9am. I waited 10 minutes in the lobby and then 10 minutes in the chair. The doctor spent 2 minutes looking at my teeth. The receptionist flossed and brushed my teeth- but didn’t floss them all because I have a retainer! Overall, the appointment was about 10 minutes. They in fact did not take my insurance. I got a bill for $220. Why was it so expensive? They added a $98 fee for the office that they would not remove. Plus a 0.5% fee for using a card. I highly recommend not using this office, unless you want an expensive, sub-par visit.
