  Classes and instructors were great. Management and customer service needs serious improvement. I had to put my account on freeze last fall due to an injury and there were multiple issues with communication. Apparently their policy is that management can take two weeks to return a phone call! I stopped a payment at one point because of this and started receiving phone calls from the office. I stopped in a number of times and found no one there to speak with. Resulting in more phone calls and messages which were unreturned. The manager was rude by phone on two calls she did return. I canceled my membership and found another pilates studio in town that is great and has much smaller groups.

  I absolutely love Club Pilates Montclair! The studio is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and do a great job making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their experience level. The classes are challenging in the best way and have helped me improve my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with scheduling or answering questions. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, I highly recommend Club Pilates Montclair. It's such a positive and supportive community, and I always leave class feeling stronger and energized! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I will never go back to this studio. The instructors are great but the management, customer service and maintenance is severely lacking. My first incident was when I was called in to work and I cancelled my class with the understanding that I’d be charged. The receptionist said she would submit a request to refund my charge since it was my first cancellation. I was grateful. The next day while I was at work Lexi (the manager) calls me to scold me and read the policy to me even though I was fully aware of it. In the future she should do her own investigation within her team before bothering the members with issues like these. My second incident was when I had the flu and called to cancel all of my classes for the week and they only cancelled one. I was then charged all week for missed classes until I was well enough to cancel them on my own. They even called me on my birthday to scold me about the missed classes. THEN they said happy birthday. My third incident happened recently. My card was switched with another member. When I brought it to their attention, the guy helping me with it was amazing. Once Lexi took over the issue, I got little to no information. I was confused about how this could happen and how to avoid it happening again. No one answered any of my questions and it seemed very suspicious. I felt so violated by this incident. The security of their members’ information should be their top priority, but it obviously was not. I expected to at least get some kind of information on how this could have happened or what they plan to do moving forward to make sure this doesn’t happen again, but they just changed the card and moved on and refused to answer any of my questions about it. Club Pilates needs to hold a customer service and escalation training for this studio. A manager shouldn’t use the response “Because I have experience in this” when their employees are bringing issues to them. Lastly, there’s no reason that any member should ever feel like their information is unsafe but it definitely is at this location.

  Had a great first session with Bonnie, she's great, the facilities are clean and modern, and the staff is welcoming. Strongly recommend!
