I had never taken a Pilates class before and was a bit nervous but the instructors (and the owner) make you feel right at home! They also work with you if you had a recent injury in order to still be able to take and enjoy the classes! The instructors are all amazing and each class offers something different! My absolute GO-TO for fitness and just a great time all around in meeting other members too!!

I recently had a surgery so I knew I needed to workout but was limited to what I can do. So I decided to give it a try. Staff was amazing and the manager, Lexi, was super supportive and beyond helpful. She informed me the benefits of Pilates and safety measures for post op/injured folks. If you’re unsure of joining I understand but this place is awesome! Shout out to the team!!
