  Very professional outfit with 24 hour customer care. Home Instead takes care of my 90 year old mom 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They help her start the day, prepare breakfast and lunch, make sure her pills are taken, regulate household temperature, perform certain cleanup, make sure her food supply is adequate, retrieve the mail, take her to the doctor and physical therapy, help with personal hygiene, and field communications with us. Patricia is especially helpful and very patient with my mom because we all know that older individuals used to be very capable, but are troubled by the fact that they are no longer able to do everything for themselves. Patricia also braved the latest snow and ice storms. We would be lost without her.

  Home Instead was recommended to us by a friend who had used their services. We now have had a full-time aide and part-time aide whom the agency provided to care for my elderly mother. We can’t say enough good things about this agency! Each caretakers was professional, efficient, kind and did an excellent job of meeting my mother’s needs. In addition, everyone including the owner, manager, nurse and scheduler at the agency was attentive to matching my mother’s needs with the proper caretaker and did so in a caring and professional manner. We are so happy with Home Instead and enthusiastically recommend them.

  We have used Home Instead for the past 9 months for my 92 year old mother in law for 24 hrs in home care The in home caregiver is extremely experienced, provides us updates on what we need to know and gives my Mother In Law the dignity that she deserves.
