  Great dentist office. Office is clean. The staff are friendly. The hygienist and doctor are pleasant and knowledgeable. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time. I waited an hour and a half before being called back to a room. That is too long of a wait time.

  I had been a patient there and was considering going back to Community Dental for a good deal of dental care. NO WAY. NOT NOW OR EVER AGAIN. I called them today for my son who's suffering with a painful toothache which I'm sure is infected. He had to keep an appointment with his pulmonologist for the last 3+ hours because he can't breathe and I put him on NASAL OXYGEN at night. I am a nurse but am currently in the hospital myself. The young girl I spoke with wanted nothing to do with a patients pain and infection that could cause him to become septic. Teeth and sinus infection goes straight to the BRAIN. NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE TILL JUNE 30TH. THEY ADVERTISE WALK IN APPOINTMENTS BUT THAT'S A BOLDFACE LIE

  I cracked a tooth and was able to see them the next day. The x-rays did not show the crack the physical exam they could not see the crack although I told them that I could feel where it was loose and I could feel a sharp edge. Today the next day, the crack is now wide open and very visible. The endodontic cannot see me until July so I called community dental back and the office staff refused to even have the dentist call me. I can’t have a wide open crack straight to the root of my tooth for more than two months. It needs to be filled in to get me through, but they refuse to see me again. So no, I wouldn’t send my dog to this place.

  I had my initial visit and was told I would have to come back for visit with dentist. I scheduled the follow up visit and was called 3 times after to reschedule. I told them no thanks I will find another dentist.
