Been doing pure barre for 3 years. Love the exercises, low-impact, and consistent and targeted toning on arms, tummy, legs, and seat muscles that show results. Great instructors and a welcoming and inclusive community.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Ask for Diane- she is so lovely and helpful. I had not been to PureBarre for several years. Carly helped me to find the correct positions. My neighbor in class also showed me when to use the hoop, etc. it is a great sculpting and toning workout. I just love going there!

What a great workout! Pure Barre provides strength training, works all muscle groups, adds a bit of yoga, stretching, and yes, cardio too! The variety of formats/classes prevents you from getting bored and your muscles are constantly surprised! I have lost pounds and inches - -Thank you to all of the staff!
