Hot & Soul Yoga

Hot & Soul Yoga has been bringing powerful, results-driven heated fitness classes to Monmouth County since 2011. Our offerings include Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, and more—designed to challenge, strengthen, and energize every level of practitioner. With two heated studios to choose from, each space is carefully designed to provide the ideal balance of heat and humidity using state-of-the-art heating systems. Our studios are equipped with high-quality, antimicrobial Zebra mat flooring to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. We offer over 40 classes per week, led by a dedicated team of highly trained and certified instructors who are passionate about delivering authentic, effective classes.
