  Paying someone to stretch you? (((SMH))) skeptical at best. I bit the bullet and took my hockey player son who is always tight and when he does his own stretching its minimally effective based on the repeated tightness the next day. Ok. It is NOT "just a stretch". The long and short is after a 25 min session my son was too tired/relaxed to drive home and ended up napping. It was a great experience for him!

  Lara was fantastic! I am just so out of shape I was not comfortable after my session. I will see how I feel in a few days before I decide if I will go further with stretching.

  I’m 62 and dealt with some knee and hip pain. I didn’t think stretch could make such a difference but I feel incredible after ever stretch

  Had a great 50-minute stretch session with Elena at StretchLab in Metuchen. She was excellent,very friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand where I was feeling tight. The whole session was relaxing but effective, and I definitely felt looser and more mobile afterward. Really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Elena!

  Thank you for an awesome experience! I signed up for a membership after my first visit, to keep working toward my flexibility and wellness goals. Brady was informed, made me feel comfortable, and welcomed. Looking forward to this new facet to my routine!
