Pilates has become my main form of exercise, and has helped with old back and neck injuries. I've now completed nearly 250 classes at Club Pilates - Metuchen + Piscataway + Woodbridge. All 3 locations have strong trainers and all the studios are well organized. The app makes booking classes on-line really easy.

The expertise and personalized training is fantastic and they really make sure you’re doing things right and correcting your form. The classes are always changing and challenging (I’m still sore after many years taking classes with them) Highly recommend to take Nicole classes if you want to build muscle fast!
