  As a competitive triathlete and member of the Team USA Age Group Long Distance Team, I'm pretty hard on my body. Between migraines, pinched nerves, training-related aches, and the general wear and tear that comes with endurance sports, staying healthy is a constant challenge. Dr. O'Keefe and Mo have been instrumental in keeping me moving and performing at my best. Dr. O'Keefe is exactly what I want in a chiropractor—he focuses on what's actually wrong, helps me feel better, and gets me back to training. Unlike some chiropractors I've seen in the past, there's never any pressure, upselling, or unnecessary treatment plans. Just honest, effective care. Mo's acupuncture treatments have been equally valuable. Whether it's helping with migraines, nerve issues, or recovery from heavy training, I always leave feeling noticeably better. Together, they've helped me feel human again when my body has been pushed to its limits. If you're an athlete or just dealing with the physical stresses of everyday life, I highly recommend them both.

  I've been going here for about 3 months and I've seen a huge improvement in my mobility and dramatic reduction in my neck pain and headaches. The staff is wonderful and everyone is friendly.. I appreciate that he reviews what was done at the end of each session.

  If you are looking for a friendly office with a Doctor that can deliver results, this is the place to go! Dr. O'Keefe has helped me with a stubborn mid-back alignment issue that frequently affects my lower back and/or neck. Over the years I have been treated with a variety of adjustment techniques, spinal decompression, and e-stim. My kids have also visited the office for treatment and the staff always remembers their names! Great results, friendly office.

  I always feel immediate pain relief after seeing Dr. O’Keefe and his wonderful staff. They even remained open through the entire pandemic. And thank God they were! Absolutely indispensable.

  Dr O’Keefe is a wonderful , caring and kindhearted professional. He is very thorough and considerate to his patients’ individual needs. He aims to please and relieve pain/discomfort with his patients’ wellbeing as his main objective. The office staff is friendly yet professional and always accommodating. The office is impeccably clean and the evening hours are perfect for those who work during the day. I Highly recommend Dr O’Keefe and his services to anyone in need of relief.
