It determines whether or not I continue as a patient. Everyone at Dr. Calem's office made me feel at ease. Everything was explained in detail and respected my opinion about any procedure. I have friends who go to his office as well for the very same reason. Definitely a plus!!!

Because I was a little nervous in the beginning, but Dr. Calem did a great job in explaining everything to me and he was very kind and made me feel calm and relaxed as did his assistant.
