- YBYessenia BellApr 27, 20261.0I had an contact eye exam and wasn't sure if I want single or multi-focal lenses. Before I left, I told Dr.Patel that I wanted multifocal, but she told me to come back and feel out the single lenses. Not once had she mentioned to me that I would have to pay for another co-pay. We could've done it right then and there but she dismissed me and wanted to come back? No. Poor communication skills. Plus, she says I dont have astigmatism- I have had it all my adults years, so I knew not to trust her. and another appt at lens crafters proved she was wrong.
