I had a fantastic shopping experience with Susan, who works out of the crafter in Marlton New Jersey. I need two new pairs of glasses and brought in my old frames which I prefer. She was able to locate exact replacements quickly. She was able to optimize my recently received 40% off coupons and $50 discounts on these glasses with my offset insurance credit so I knew exactly the price of the glasses walking out of the store. She is very experienced and personable and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Excellent care today at LensCrafters in Marlton! The doctor and staff could not have been more kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to help me find the best pricing for my glasses, which I truly appreciated since I need two separate pairs—one for reading/computer work and one for distance vision, each with multiple lens options. Their patience, knowledge, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Thank you, Cathy Sherwood 7-21-26

Very disappointing experience. I'm new in town and tried to find a place with good reviews that also took my insurance. This place required two separate appointments for minor evaluations. Each appointment took less than 10mn each, yet they still required two separate appointments which allowed them to bill my insurance, and required me to do a copay, two times. The people doing the evaluations were fine, but flew through them. The front desk staff offered poor service and treated me like an idiot. I don't recommend this place for new customers.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
