The instruction is really good with regular prompts of when to breath and reminders to engage your core through each exercise. Very clean as well and pleasant environment.

The place is super clean and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I have not had one instructor that was not amazing. This is one of the times where you totally get what you pay for.
