Landmark Athletics and Fitness is Monmouth & Ocean Counties’ Fitness, Health & Wellness, Sports Performance & Recovery hub and home of the 10 Week Challenge and nationally recognized Mad Dog Lacrosse. Our state of the art facility has over 20,000 sqft. of indoor space and an additional 15,000 sqft. of outdoor space and is conveniently located right off of Parkway Exit 98 in the heart of the Jersey Shore in Manasquan (Off Atlantic Ave Near Route 34).
