The male receptionist specifically, needs to be more inviting. His greeting was very flat. His greeting - "can I help you with something?". I'm more inviting greeting would have been Hi how are you do you have an appointment today? So it kind of threw off the vibe for me and kind of not necessarily ruined my stretch but I wasn't happy. I honestly thought about canceling my membership with them just because I didn't get a sense of welcoming. However the session was pretty good but I think that he may have said something to Jackie which may have reflected my session with her. But anywho Jackie is very good and I hope to go back again. Hopefully the next session will be a better experience and I won't have to cancel my membership.
