Turns out, no one knows what they are doing here, had my license downgraded because they never entered my renewal despite having my physical done 1 month early. I have made several attempts to call and the people who answer the phone either don’t speak English or the ones that do don’t understand when I explain my problem. Stay far away if you need your CDL to make a living!!!! Over a hundred dollars down the drain.
