  My daughter has been coming here for years since she was little . We had an appointment, I called an hour in advance to let them know I was running behind because of traffic we hit . I didn’t receive a call back until almost 45 minutes later in which I already was driving . We live almost an hour from here now , but my daughter loved coming here so I continued to take her to this office . No where on the website it talks about a 10 minutes grace period in which you god forbid hit traffic with an accident. It’s understandable but when I call almost an hour in advance to properly communicate so I don’t waste my time to drive it’s ridiculous. I was only 4 minutes over that and was told she couldn’t have her cleaning done . I had already drove an hour . However when they run 30 minutes behind multiple times of us coming to the office it’s ok. But my daughter being late 1 time and can’t make a 1 time curtsey is insane by 4 minutes. Given the history my daughter has had with this office a curtsey should have been given , at least care.

  Just had an AMAZING experience with the dentist and staff at Tender Smiles 4 Kids of Roselle. The customer service was excellent from the time I made my first call to make an appointment until the end of the actual of the appointment. They are a true PEDIATRIC dental office, serving children WELL. I am grateful to have found them and anticipate continued great experiences moving forward.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pediatric dental clinic. I first called in March to schedule a doctor’s appointment for my child. The earliest available appointment was one month later. On the day of the appointment, the clinic called to tell me they could not see us because they had mistakenly scheduled us for a dental cleaning instead of a doctor’s examination. When I explained that I had specifically requested a doctor’s visit, not a cleaning, they simply asked me to wait another month for the correct appointment. After finally being seen by the doctor, no treatment was provided—only an examination. We were then told that the actual dental treatment would take place another two months later, in the middle of July. Two weeks before the treatment appointment, the clinic repeatedly called and sent text messages asking me to confirm. Every time, I confirmed that we would be there. I even spoke directly with staff members who acknowledged my confirmation. The evening before the appointment, I received yet another message saying that if I did not confirm, my appointment would be canceled. Since it was already after business hours, I called and left a voicemail clearly stating that we would be attending the appointment. The next morning, less than 24 hours before the appointment, I received a message saying that my appointment had been canceled anyway. When I called the clinic, I was told that nothing could be done because the appointment had already been canceled the day before. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. From scheduling errors and excessive waiting times to poor communication and canceling a confirmed appointment without any attempt to resolve the issue, the clinic has shown a complete lack of organization and respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this clinic to families looking for reliable pediatric dental care.
