  Used to have good service. Recently the front desk employees have been just unhelpful, unknowledgeable, rude, and unpleasant. I’ve always used this Pearle Vision, but no longer. Luckily there’s many other places to go that probably have better customer service than this Quakerbridge location.

  Experience with the optometrist was great, she was thorough and informative. The glasses buying experience was the complete opposite. The older heavy set woman that everyone complains about was a nightmare to deal with. She was condescending and even laughed at me when a question was being asked. There were frames that weren't in store that I wanted to order but was told if they're not in store that day then they can't be ordered because of insurance which I knew wasnt true. One of the most unhelpful people I have had to deal with. Went to Lenscrafter downstairs even though they are out of network and they were able to order the frames I wanted without laughing at me.

  Had an all around good visit. The Dr. was patient and thorough. I felt in good hands. Then the store workers were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

  I’m sorry but I forgot her name but the lady that helped me today was amazing. She was patient, kind, gave great conversation and answered every question I had. I left very satisfied

  I went there to get my glasses adjusted. They destroyed one of the lenses with heat. The adjustment didn’t even require heating up that part of the glasses. Highly disappointed.
