- VNVISVESHWAR NAug 23, 20265.0I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I came in with my wife’s glasses, which had gotten pretty badly bent and had one of the lenses completely pop out. The glasses weren’t even purchased at LensCrafters, they were originally made in India but the team was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though the store was quite busy, they took the glasses right away and had them completely fixed within about 10–15 minutes for free. Everyone was extremely friendly, fast, and genuinely happy to help. They even gave us a nice glasses case afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. I unfortunately forgot to ask for their names, but I especially want to thank the kind lady with grey hair who helped us, along with the rest of the team. Really excellent customer service and such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!
